As of July 1, 2006, new ADEQ rules require any person transferring a property served by an on-site wastewater treatment facility to have an inspection of the facility performed before the transfer of ownership. This requirement applies to any property served by a conventional septic tank system, or an alternative on-site system. All on-site systems, regardless of the date of construction, must be inspected when ownership of the property changes. JT's Septic provides licensed inspectors and professional staff to help with all aspects of the inspection process (and repairs, if necessary). To request an inspection, please fill out the form below.  JT's will respond within 1 business day.
