WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
In most cases, one of our office staff will call you as soon as your request is reviewed. We prefer phone contact so we can answer your questions, explain next steps, and schedule service in a way that works for you.
We’ll talk through what you’re experiencing and help you understand what to expect.
Requests submitted during business hours are often reviewed the same day. Requests submitted after hours or over the weekend will be returned within 24 hours or the next business day.

JT’s Septic primarily serves homeowners throughout Yavapai County, with select availability in surrounding areas of Coconino and Maricopa Counties.
If you’re outside our primary service area, you’re still welcome to submit a request. Service outside Yavapai County is considered on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.
