TO OBTAIN A COPY OF YOUR PLOT PLAN:
Owners of septic systems can use the Yavapai County Environmental Services Online Portal to get a copy of your septic permit and/or plot plan or file a Transfer of Ownership. You may also pick up copies of permits at the county building located at 1120 Commerce Drive in Prescott. These documents are helpful in providing information as to the size and location of your system.
